Coach & Boys Rugby Player Development Clinic with Sudamerica Coaching | November 13–15

NC Youth Rugby is partnering with Sudamerica Coaching to bring an exciting Coach & Player Development Clinic to North Carolina! This three-day program features experienced coaches Juan González Mendia, Director of Sudamerica Coaching, and Genaro Fessia, Head Coach at Belmont Abbey College.

The clinic offers dedicated sessions for both coaches and players, focusing on effective coaching methods, player-centered learning, decision-making under pressure, game-based training, and developing skills that translate directly to match day.

📍 Raleigh: Friday, November 13
📍 Charlotte: Saturday, November 14 & Sunday, November 15

Coaches will learn strategies to design better sessions, provide effective feedback, and create game-based learning environments. Players will develop their individual skills, improve decision-making, and build confidence through realistic game scenarios.
